Any additional services requested outside the original agreement will require a revised contract or an additional service fee.

2. Confidentiality

The company ensures that all client information remains confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

Clients are also required to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary strategies and methodologies shared during consulting.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the agreed-upon terms in the contract.

Late payments may incur additional charges or result in a suspension of services.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the consulting process.

Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required information, may impact the delivery timeline.

5. Liability

The company provides professional advice based on industry standards but is not responsible for any financial losses or business decisions made by the client based on the consulting services.

The company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the initial payment.

Refunds are only applicable if the company fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the contract.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Consultation fees for completed services are non-refundable.

If work has already commenced, only a partial refund may be issued, deducting the cost of work already completed.

Customized strategies, reports, and business plans that have already been delivered are non-refundable.

3. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services with a written notice. However, any work already performed up to the cancellation date will be charged accordingly.

The company reserves the right to cancel services if the client violates company policies or fails to meet payment obligations.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.
